By accessing or using the VAP ERP marketing portal and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you provide. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on our portal are the property of VAP Tech Softwares. Use without express permission is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
VAP ERP is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services.
Important Note: These terms govern the use of the marketing portal. Separate enterprise agreements apply to the use of the VAP ERP platform software upon tenant registration.
